Pool Reservations

RCSA Community,

RCSA Common Areas are reopening June 27, 2020.

When reopening the common areas, health and safety of our neighbors is the top priority for the RCSA Board. With guidance from state and local government and in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the RCSA Board has decided to temporarily implement a reservation system for using the pool. This reservation system will remain in place until California enters Phase 4 of the Governor's Resilience Roadmap.

Please know that when creating these temporary rules and guidelines, we did research nearby communities and how they were implementing the guidance set forth by government agencies. We are starting with these rules, but we are open to considering adjustments based on usage and feedback from our community.

While we are implementing a reservation system for the Pool Area, the Park is not subjected to the same reservation standards. What using the common areas, please make sure to practice safe social distancing. Guests are not permitted in the common areas at this time - only immediate members of an RCSA household.

Temporary Rules & Guidelines

All existing rules are still in place, with the following temporary adjustments:

  • Reservations are required and residents are not permitted to enter the pool area without one

  • Reservations can be made a maximum of 1 week in advance and are on a first-come first-serve basis

  • To be fair to our neighbors, reservations are limited to a maximum of 2 hours per day per household

  • Up to a maximum of 4 households can have the pool reserved within a given time period

  • Access to the pool is being limited to residents (RCSA household members) only. No guests will be permitted in the pool area at this time *

  • Face coverings are recommended to be worn around common areas, unless medically inadvisable, but should not be worn in the pool

Reservation Agreements

By making a reservation, you agree to the following:

  • Nobody in my immediate household is feeling sick, has a fever, is coughing or having difficulty breathing or any other symptoms consistent with COVID-19, or has been in close contact with another with suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19

  • I will practice social distancing of at least six feet from other households both in and out of the water

  • I will follow the temporary rules outlined by the RCSA Board

  • I understand that failure to abide by this agreement may result in disciplinary action up to and including having common-area keys taken away

  • I understand that the RCSA Board is making every attempt to ensure the safety and well being of the community while also abiding by state and local guidance during the COVID-19 pandemic, and I'm aware and agree that I'm using the common-area facilities at my own risk.

How to Make a Reservation

To book a reservation to use the pool, please follow the steps below:

  • Select a date in the top-left corner of the reservation window below

  • Select an available time in one of the 4 slots

  • Click "Book"

  • Enter your email address

  • Verify the date and time you'd like to book

  • Fill in the form

    • Booking title is optional - you can leave this blank

    • Under "Spaces" do not choose more than one time slot. If you do, all concurrent time slots, except for your original selection, will be cancelled.

  • Agree to the terms and privacy policy

  • Click "Confirm Booking"

After you submit you reservation, you'll receive and email confirming. If you have any questions, please reach out to the Board.
