Mission Statement of the River College Square Homeowners Association
Mission Statement:
River College Square Association Homeowners Association (HOA) Board is dedicated to fostering a vibrant and harmonious community. Our mission is to maintain, manage, and enhance the real estate common interest development known as River College Square, a Streng community HOA founded in 1975. We are committed to upholding the principles outlined in the current recorded Bylaws and Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) and promoting the shared use and enjoyment of Common Areas and Facilities by our valued members of the community. Members of the board will serve the members of the community by taking a fair, ethical and objective approach in representing the interest of all community members. The board will ensure that fiscally responsible solutions are utilized to maintain the common areas and facilities, to enhance our property values, and plan for the future.
Through transparent communication, proactive management, and adherence to our governing documents, we aim to cultivate a cohesive neighborhood where community members not only live but actively contribute to the collective success and enjoyment of our shared spaces.
Guiding Principles for the River College Square Association HOA Board Members:
• Take a fair, ethical and objective approach in representing the interest of all community members.
• Communicate with community members in a timely manner through appropriate mediums.
• Conduct business with transparency by providing regular financial statements, meeting agendas and minutes to members of the community.
• To make and implement responsible decisions regarding the use of funds and assets belonging to the Association.
• Uphold the By-Laws and CC&Rs of the HOA.
• Protect and enhance the value of our neighborhood by maintaining all common areas.
• Treat every issue which comes before the Board with respect.
• To ensure that all additions/changes to lots, homes, and property in the subdivision will preserve and/or enhance the aesthetic and value of our properties as a whole.
• Work with community members in a professional, objective, ethical manner and resolve or respond to requests in a timely manner.
• Enable opportunities for community activities and committees promoting a neighborly development that works together for the good of all.

We aspire to be a model community that excels in maintaining the aesthetic appeal, functionality, and overall well-being of our community. Together, we envision the community as a desirable place that we are all proud to call home and stands as a testament to responsible homeownership and residency, mutual respect, and a high quality of life.
