A reminder POOL REservations are being used this pool season
Please make reservations using the link in the resources section of this website. Also, any pool guests are REQUIRED to have a resident in attendence with them at all times in the pool area.
New County Parking permits will be issued in the fall
All residents should be contacted by the County of Sacramento, the green permits are going to be expiring and new ones will be issued to residents for the restricted parking Monday-Friday on all HOA streets. This is not a request made by the board or controlled by it. For more information call our local County Supervisor's office (The Honorable Rich Desmond) at (916) 874-5471.
HOA DUES Letters have been mailed out.
Submit via mail to 4733 River College Drive Sacramento 95841. If you are paying via your financial institution's bill pay, you can add River Collage Square Homeowner's Association as a payee.
Board Meeting Tuesday, September 9th
The RCSA Board will have its next monthly meeting, at the Common Area Cabana 7PM. All HOA residents are welcome!

The River College Square Association (RCSA) is a Streng Bros. Homes common interest community established in 1975. We are located in Sacramento, CA and are walking distance to American River College.
Our community includes access to the following private amenities: Playground with swings and slides, a basketball court, a combination tennis and pickle ball court, 2 full-size pools, and a picnic and barbecue area.
The RCSA Board meets on the second Tuesday of every month.
