Reminder that all exterior modifications such as painting or remodeling need board approval.

HOA DUES Letters will be mailed out after the new year.
Submit via mail to 4733 River College Drive Sacramento 95841. If you are paying via your financial institution's bill pay, you can add River Collage Square Homeowner's Association as a payee.
Board Meeting Tuesday, January 13th
The RCSA Board will have its next monthly meeting @7 PM, at the residence of Interim President board member Peter Dellos 4720 River College Drive. All HOA residents are welcome!

The River College Square Association (RCSA) is a Streng Bros. Homes common interest community established in 1975. We are located in Sacramento, CA and are walking distance to American River College.
Our community includes access to the following private amenities: Playground with swings and slides, a basketball court, a combination tennis and pickle ball court, 2 full-size pools, and a picnic and barbecue area.
The RCSA Board meets on the second Tuesday of every month.
