CC&R Violations

Speaking of CC&R Violations, here are some themes we need to pay special attention to:

• Yards need to be cleared of weeds and debris. If you have a lawn, it needs to be maintained by watering and mowing regularly.

• Plants need to be trimmed back to prevent obstruction of sidewalks. Trees needs to be trimmed a minimum of 8 feet above sidewalks and roads.

• Commercial vehicles, boats, and trailers should not be kept within the community. If you need to keep one of these within the community longer than 24 hours, please reach out to the board.

Come to board meetings! We meet the Second Tuesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. at the pool cabana area. All are welcome to attend.

Coronavirus & Our Community

We’re taking proactive steps to ensure that our communities’ amenities are swiftly reopened in a safe and healthy manner based upon approval and recommendations from state and local health officials.

Pool and Park

On June 12, the Sacramento County Public Health Officer released new orders allowing parks and pools to begin reopening when certain conditions are met. The RCSA Board is working on meeting those conditions as quickly as possible and is targeting to reopen our facilities on June 27. Temporary rules and reservation system will be implemented. Common Area Key Exchange

We typically update the keys to the park and pool area every five years, and they were last replaced in 2015. We’re in the process of creating new keys and tags. Once they are ready for distribution, we’ll notify the community.

You’ll need to return your old key and tag. If you do not have them, a $100 replacement fee will be assessed prior to receiving the new keys.
